Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
IMPORTANT: Please note that in case of returns or refunds, only the product amount will be refunded. Any delivery or shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
